A couple questions:

• Didn't the State of Michigan pitch in a few million to help finish building this property?
• What was the purchase price of the apartments bought by the in-house nonprofit?
• Who else and how many run the newly formed apt. nonprofit?
• Who determines what is/what isn't an affordable rate?
• I also thought this was a community cooperative project? Does that coop money get returned now?
