Has anyone else experienced sudden onset of sharp, shocking pain on movement like sitting and standing and some walking that pretty much just lays you in bed with ice, heat and NDAIDs? This happens sporadically when I try to do yardwork or laundry. Picking things up with both hands can cause a tightening before it goes into lockdown. It takes about 3 days before all pain stops with much rest, NSAIDs, Tylenol heat.
What chairs have people found to be good for sun shelf? Thinking more chair like not lounger. Sun shelf may not be that large.
We have 3 quotes to refinish our pool and add a sun shelf. My question is: Has anyone heard of using cement blocks to build the wall of shelf, attach block to pool wall by drilling holes and securing rebar to about 5-6 inches inside pool wall and securing with epoxy? Fill shelf with pieces of broken block and cement. Cover with Gunite and Pebble Tech. They all can do all rebar but one does block in small jobs and full rebar on large jobs.
