I’m looking to acquire a small, profitable business in the UAE (budget up to AED 400K) and would love advice from anyone who’s done this before — especially in Dubai.

A few things I’m trying to wrap my head around:

•	If a business is profitable and low-owner-involvement, why would someone sell it? What are the realistic reasons — and the red flags?

•	What are the best channels to find legit opportunities? Dubizzle, business brokers, listing platforms, word of mouth?
