Exposed waterproofing an issue?
Coming to seek the collective wisdom of reddit:
We’re close to the point of making an offer on this property but I noticed the waterproofing is exposed and one material (looks like PP flute board) has completely deteriorated where it’s above the ground. (We haven’t got an inspection yet, that’ll come after the offer is accepted)
The property was build 2021, east Auckland if that makes a difference. Is this going to be an issue, is it easy/cheap to remedy if so?
