Got rear ended today in red light, someone just hit his Baleno hard from behind and this is the damage on my 3 month old nexon.
The boot is not locking now, and no central lock working.

I checked with Tata service centre and they said the cash cost estimate is around 25-40 k.
The bumper and boot both needs to be replaced they said.
Duration using claim would be 14 days.

Now since I am a newbie to such experience, please suggest what are the things i should know/do before giving my car to service centre?
