Girlfriends Dad wants to sell my girlfriend a condo at a good price for us to live in. The only thing is it would be in her name, and I would be paying 50/50 with her, only thing is how can this be made fair so that we both end up good if anything comes from this. I wanted to buy myself one anyways so if I have to I’d rather just invest in my own condo and not lose my money on paying rent. After all I am just wondering if there is a fair way of splitting this with just having my girlfriend’s name on the condo
