Sexually harassed by yacht broker
To start with, I live in Hampton, Virginia. The guy I'm talking about here is already somewhat well known in the area for being incredibly weird and dangerous at times, but for some reason, the police won't apprehend him, likely due to a lack of evidence. I'm a girl and have always met my fair share of weird guys but this encounter took it to another level.
His name is Hank Sibley, also known as the Hampton Haunter and Hampton Lunatic to a few specific circles (but i just call him by his name). I was at the docks by the Hampton River, near the Cedar Point area, eating a bagel in the morning, when Hank, tripped (i believe purposefully did so) fell on me, and knocked me into the water. I was sort of stunned at what had just happened and tried swimming to the shore when Hank said something along the lines of "Don't leave the water, you look so hot when you're all wet like that"...
at that point I didn't know what to do. The water was freezing, and my body decided to swim quickly to the shore which when I got on the shore, Hank, tried wrestling me down to the ground. I managed to get free somehow, I assume due to me being covered in water, and he started calling me slurs and names when i was running. I just ran and ran and ran.
I don't think he's found out where I live but just incase he has, I'm planning to keep it low, especially since I've heard stories from friends where he's harassed their houses. He's been getting worse over the years, and a lot of people I know are starting to come to the internet for hope, since the cops still, have a lack of evidence.
I really hope everyone in the entire Virginia coastal area stays safe.
