I often skip the pause on salsa. I'm often off time and i can't seem to stop it. Ive been doing thia for a while. I took me a very ling time jsut to here the salsa beat and I've had this issue for years.

Idk what else to.

Ppl just say listen to the beat isnt helpful.

Any advise?
