I bought some of his books on Amazon and was bummed out to find that they were Amazon print-on-demand (POD) editions
didn’t know this was a thing. I bought Scar Lover, Classic Crews, Celebration, and Mulching America. All of them were printed by Amazon rather than the original publisher
