Part one might be the better game
but part two is the more uglier, messier and more honest game! It’s not perfect but that’s also what makes it great!

This could be a me problem but it’s hard to do side content in rebirth because there’s never a spot that feels natural to explore. in OG ff7 the third disc felt like then perfect spot to do anything and everything in the game before the final battle. i know the world is a huge sandbox to explore but every time i stop to do something i just feel like i need to get to the next story beat. or i feel like there are limited tho i can do. idk does anyone else have an issue like this?
in this scene, did scully accuse Mulder of coming to her apartment drunk (for the purpose of getting laid) then when he basically says no by answering (what exactly are you implying) she basically kicks him out before he tells her about the mission? if he said yes then what would have happened? I could be reading this way too wrong so please be nice
Just finished chronological mode. I think it improved on the opening of the game but the ending suffers in this mode. For the people that didn’t like the game, this mode will not change anyone’s mind. The issue was never the story structure. it’s just a tough story to digest. In the end i love the game no matter which way i play it but the original story structure serves the story best
I hate these kinds of questions because the answer is pretty obvious but is it worth playing part two in chronological order? What is everyone’s thoughts?
I think this series could potentially have ruined video games for me! i know there are great games out there and even more great games that are coming out but i don’t know when i’ll ever have a gaming experience like this at least until part 3 comes out
i’ve been watching a lot of videos recently of people who don’t like last of us 2. i can best summarize the videos by saying the main critique of the game is that it doesn’t make sense in a lot of ways. I don’t think these guys are wrong and honestly the fact that the game doesn’t make sense is exactly why i love it. life a lot of times doesn’t make sense and is very messy and i think this game illustrates that beautifully for better or worse
