That's a clean 3D inflated / claymorphism pack. I don't know the exact Play Store name from the screenshot, but the style is super recognizable.

Here's what's going on with it:

The design language:

• Base: Dark, semi-transparent squircle / superellipse container with a soft inner glow and thin stroke. It lets your wallpaper show through a bit. • Icon itself: That puffy, inflated 3D / toy-plastic look. Thick beveled edges, soft shadows, almost like chrome-plated bubble letters. Very Y2K / Frutiger Aero inspired. • Color: It keeps the original brand colors but desaturates / deepens them a bit so they all sit well on that dark background - purple for Nuvio, red for OuterTune / YouTube, blue for Photos, etc. So it stays readable but uniform.
