Is This Bad?

I’m seeing this mold ground around the bottom of my bioactive. Not sure if it’s bad or if there is something I need to do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is my first one so still learning.

Need assistance any info on this $10 silver certificate? Is the double 1122 in the serial number anything special? And I have seen the backplate number posted in places does that matter in regard to rarity?
