2L Recruit – Students without access to Toronto/Vancouver OCIs
For students who have gone through the Toronto or Vancouver 2L recruit from a law school that did not participate in OCIs with the firms you applied to, how did the process work for you?
Did firms contact you for a separate screening interview, or were you considered directly for in-firm interviews? I’m also curious about when you heard back compared to students who went through OCIs.
