Financial explanation

Currently my office presents Insurance financial obligations verbally.

Example: Your co-pay for your Chiropractic adjustment is $25 per visit with your insurance and your laser treatment is an uncovered and is $30 per session. If you decide to do both, your co-pay will be $55 per visit.

Its been how i have been doing it for the last 10 years and it’s been low stress all around. As I have gotten super busy, I think I need more structure.

How are you guys doing yet?
Fill in the blank paper template? Excel sheet template? Financial software? EHR does it?

Associate Pay Structure

I need to hire an associate for my office.
Looking to set up a pay structure that is fair to the associate and fair to me as the business owner. Some sort of salary plus performance bonus. However, I want it to be attainable and give the associate a chance to grow. What seems to be the best set up right now? My practice is Insurance based and we offer uncovered services like shockwave and decompression
