On 8/26. Reason being I’ve got a terrible cold and have missed some work. Good history in sub, can provide all documentation. For transparency sake - I posted yesterday for $150 and also contacted lenders I’ve worked with before but they did not have loans available. I lowered the amount hoping maybe that will help.
