The question is: Is volume supporting the move?
🟢 Strong momentum
Volume expands from its baseline
Price makes meaningful progress
Pullbacks happen on lighter volume
Volume returns on the next push
Higher highs + higher lows continue
🔴 Weak momentum
Price tries to push higher
Volume starts fading
Each push makes less progress
Participation disappears

One of the biggest reversal clues isn’t always MORE volume.
Sometimes it’s volume disappearing.
Watch the sequence:
🔴 Heavy selling into support
🟠 Selling volume begins drying up
🟢 Price stops making meaningful new lows
👀 Buyers begin stepping in
📈 Buy volume expands
✅ Previous swing high breaks
The key is not predicting the bottom just because volume is low.

High volume doesn’t automatically mean a stock is bullish.
The real question is: How is price responding to that volume?
🟢 Breakout + Expanding Volume — Strong participation behind the move
🟡 Breakout + Weak Volume — Less conviction; wait for confirmation
🟣 Volume Spike + Rejection — Lots of activity, but buyers couldn’t hold the level
🔴 Price Drop + Expanding Sell Volume — Selling pressure is increasing
One pattern I especially watch:
Volume expands on the push → volume contracts on the pullback → volume expands again on continuation.
Don’t just watch the volume bars.
Read volume AND price together.

Finding good trades isn’t only about knowing when to enter.
It’s also knowing when to stay out.
❌ Low Volume — Not enough participation
❌ Choppy Structure — No clear direction
❌ Extended Move — You may already be late
❌ Resistance Overhead — Limited room for the trade to develop
You don’t have to trade every stock that moves.
Sometimes protecting your capital and waiting for a cleaner opportunity IS the trade.
Patience is part of the strategy.

One of the biggest mistakes traders make is entering because of ONE bullish signal.
Instead, I want multiple pieces of the chart telling me the same story:
✅ 4H Trend — Bigger picture is in your favor
✅ 15M Structure — Higher lows / structure shifting
✅ Liquidity Sweep — Prior lows and stops get taken
✅ Reclaim + Volume — Buyers respond and reclaim the level
✅ 5M Entry Trigger — Micro resistance breaks with volume
You don’t need every indicator on your screen.
You need relevant confirmations that work together.
One signal = a clue.

A setup can look perfect on the 5-minute chart while the bigger picture is telling you something completely different.
🟢 4H = DIRECTION
Is the bigger trend bullish? Where are support and resistance?
🔵 15M = SETUP
Look for the liquidity sweep, reclaim and higher low.
🟣 5M = ENTRY
Wait for micro resistance to break with price action + volume.
4H tells you WHAT.
15M tells you WHY.
5M tells you WHEN.

A trendline break alone doesn’t mean the downtrend is over.
I’d rather let the chart confirm the move:
• Downtrend — Identify the lower highs and lower lows
• Liquidity Sweep — Watch for stops getting taken below a prior low
• Trendline Break — Momentum finally breaks the downtrend
• Retest & Hold — Price comes back and buyers defend the area
• Higher High — Structure confirms buyers are gaining control
Buying the initial break can get you caught in a fakeout.
Trade less. Wait for confirmation. Take better setups.

One green candle after a big flush doesn’t mean the reversal has started.
Instead of reacting to the first bounce, I look for:
• Liquidity Sweep — Stops get taken below a key low
• Reclaim — Price takes back an important level
• Volume Response — Buyers actually step in
• Higher Low — Structure begins shifting bullish
• Entry Area — Wait for the setup instead of chasing
The goal isn’t to catch the exact bottom.

A stock flushing doesn’t automatically mean it’s ready to reverse.
Before I trust the setup, I’m looking for multiple clues lining up:
• Liquidity Sweep — Did price take out the lows/stops?
• Reclaim — Did it recover the key level?
• Volume Response — Did buyers actually show up?
• First Higher Low — Is structure beginning to shift?
One signal can fool you. Confluence is what makes the setup interesting.

Before entering, look at:
📈 Direction — Call or Put?
🎯 Strike — ITM, ATM, or OTM?
📅 Expiration — How much time does the trade need?
📊 Volume & Open Interest — Is the contract active?
↔️** Bid/Ask Spr**ead — Is there enough liquidity?
Delta — How responsive is the contract?
IV — How expensive is the premium relative to expected volatility?
There is no single “perfect” contract. The goal is to find one that fits your setup, timeframe, and risk.

Before taking an options trade, make sure you understand what the alert is telling you:
CALL = Bullish 📈
PUT = Bearish 📉
Strike = Exercise price
EXP = Expiration date
Premium = Cost of the contract
Entry = Where we enter
TP = Take-profit target
SL = Stop-loss level
ITM / ATM / OTM = Where the strike sits relative to the underlying price
0DTE = Expires today
Once you understand the terminology, reading an alert becomes much easier.
