Update - Dealer telling me 'Service EV' error is a failed AC Compressor

So, my 2018 SL last week threw the dreaded 'Service EV' error. Leafspy shows a 'battery isolation' error. Drove the car to the dealership and they diagnosed it as an issue with the high voltage AC compressor.

Estimated price to fix - $3000
Part is on back order... (ugh)
And of course the car is out of warranty.

So, I'm curious how many others have encountered this scenario.

Any insights or guidance would be appreciated.

2018 SL EV errors (Not 12v)

My leaf just started throwing EV HV errors

12V was just replaced and DTCs were cleared

Anyone recognize these errors?

Where can I nap in my truck during the day?

I live in Newport, but work in JC. I leave Newport each morning around 6:30am to get to JC to work by 8am. I work until 1pm, then I have 2 hours until my second job at 3pm. I want to find a place I can drive to, park my truck, get in the back seat to eat lunch and take a quick nap.

I don't want to park anywhere I'm going to be disturbed, by nosey ppl or the cops. I'm not doing anything 'weird' or drug related...I'm just a working class guy needing to nap to get through the day.

I know it might seem like a weird ask, but where in JC is a good place? Someone recommended parking at Northern Tool, or Harbor Freight. Are there other places? Or am I asking for trouble?

One odd-ball panel in the mix - Remove it or keep it?

Hi all - I've got a collection of solar panels someone gave me that I'm going to use to power my EcoFlow Delta Pro in a power loss scenario.

I was gifted 6 panels (for free) for use:

5 Renogy 250W Bifacial panels (Vmp 19.52V, Imp 12.81A)

1 Renogy 220W Bifacial panel (Vmp 18.78V, Imp 12.24A)

I want to run them all in series to pump power into the EcoFlow. It has a 150V limit at 15A.

Do I run a risk of having that 220 in series with the others, since it has a lower Imp? It's just 5% less amps (.5A). Or am I overthinking this?

12v supply in the back of a 2018 SL

Hello all - Does anyone know if there is a 12V line located somewhere in the trunk of a 2018 SL model? I want to wire up a small IOT device in the trunk of my Leaf and need power to run it, hopefully not from the cigarette lighter though.
