Day 04 of OcToyber – Can't Touch This

31 days of October, 31 toy photos to create and share.

This year, I added an extra challenge for myself: every photo has to be set in the Indiana Jones universe.

For today's theme, Can't Touch This, I had several ideas, but eventually I kept coming back to one of the most iconic moments from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Indiana is reaching for the Holy Grail, just barely able to touch it with his fingertips, while his father, Henry Jones Sr., desperately tries to convince him to let it go and save his life.

It's such a powerful moment between father and son, so I wanted to recreate it as faithfully as I could with the figures.

No Photoshop. No AI. 100% practical and tangible.

I've also included some behind-the-scenes photos showing how I created the shot and what inspired it.

New Stop motion

Hey there!

For those who love stop-motion, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the second animation I created for Djeco Toys.

This time, I used the "Furious" figures (a pretty wild little tribe!!!)

Long live action figures.

Long live stop-motion!

I made a Stop motion short movie

Hi everyone! This is my first post here.

I recently had the opportunity to create my very first official stop-motion animation for Djeco, featuring their Piratous figures from the Arty Toys line.

As a toy photographer and stop-motion animator, it was a really fun challenge to bring these pirate characters to life while staying true to the spirit of the brand.

I'd love to hear what you think! Feedback is always welcome, especially from fellow toy photographers and stop-motion creators.
