I received my tracking information from Time Ultra almost two weeks ago. The DHL tracking system indicates that the label has been created. It’s for Spain. Should I be concerned or wait another week or so? How long does it typically take to track the package?

I’m getting an offer to work in Madrid and I read a lot of comments about net vs gross and on how people in Spain when told a salary they refer about net and not gross like in Anglo culture. So my question is when an offer is made does that has to be interpreted as net or gross and also what about 12-14 pagas, what’s standard and can you negotiate?
