Looking for volunteers to help me complete my dental hygiene program (North York)

Hi everyone!

I'm currently a dental assistant with over 10 years of experience, and I've recently started my dental hygiene program in North York.

As part of my clinical requirements, I need to find volunteers who are willing to come in for dental hygiene appointments. I'm hoping to connect with anyone who has been putting off a cleaning or doesn't currently have dental coverage.

Appointments are completed under the supervision of licensed dental hygienists and instructors. Since this is a teaching clinic, it usually takes multiple appointments to complete everything, but the care is very thorough.

The clinic charges a small patient fee for adults, while children and seniors are seen at no cost. Depending on your needs, additional preventive services may also be available at little or no additional cost.

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I’ve been working as a dental assistant for the past 10 years and have loved being part of the dental field. I’m currently studying in North York to become a dental hygienist, and I’m looking for volunteers who would be interested in  LOW COST dental cleanings FOR $32. It’s FREE for children and seniors. 

All appointments are supervised by registered dental hygienists and instructors. Because this is a learning environment, 4-6 visits may be required to complete the treatment. We also offer services such as taking X-rays, teeth whitening and custom sports guards.

Unfortunately students are responsible for recruiting their own patients and I have no idea where to start.
