anyone experience this?
The front tires on my Lucid (2024, 24k miles, Touring) are falling apart. Yes, I’m replacing them tomorrow. Any ideas apart from the obvious, like a wheel alignment? Back tires do not have the same wear and tear.
I tried to make an appointment at the Lucid Scottsdale service location to have them inspected. The earliest available appointment was mid-October! I am keeping the appointment because of abnormal wear and tear on the front wheels. third photo is the back tire.
I’ve seen all the posts about how difficult it is to get a service appointment and honestly thought people were just whining. I’d always been able to get in when I needed to. Well, the problem has now reached Arizona—right in Lucid’s backyard, where the cars are manufactured.
To be fair, my 2024 Air Touring has been basically trouble-free, unlike some of the experiences others have shared. But a two-month wait for service is still very concerning.
Rivian is SO much better in this regard. I had an issue on Friday and got an appointment for Tuesday—no hassle.
