Second offer on same house after it was re-listed lower, will appraisal issue come up again?
We put an offer on a house a few months back and it fell through because of a VA appraisal issue. The seller wouldn't budge on price at the time. Turned out they were motivated to sell anyway and now they've relisted it at $15k less. My realtor says to just make another offer, but I'm wondering if I should worry about the same appraisal problem happening again. The house hasn't changed, so would the appraisal come in different this time around, or am I setting myself up for disappointment?
