Where are you guys finding deals without having a dealer license. I usually look on facebook marketplace and craigslist daily but some days i don’t find any good deals sometimes takes weeks to land on a solid buy to flip. I know copart and iaa are options but not really looking to rebuild cars. I really want to make this full time but struggling to consistent deals. or should i just open a location and get the license to get access to dealers auctions like adesa,manhiem,etc.

I have been flipping cars for about a year now and all have been clean titles. But i have been looking into buying salvage title cars from auction and selling them. For the people that sell rebuilt title cars i was wondering how do you know how much you should price your car for. Do you look at comps with clean titles and reduces your price by percentage or price same as clean titles?
