If anyone messes with the kids while I’m with them, though (I can’t imagine why, but this is the City), the gods won’t save them from my blade

(I got lazy at the bottom right frame, so I just took the dashing sprite of Prescript-Conforming Proselyte on Limbus’s wiki and slapped some brown hair on)

Hi! I made my first post on the subreddit not too long ago, so here’s my OC introduction!

Overview:

A newly appointed Index Proselyte with a kind, gentle and easygoing personality. She loves reading, and dreams of being a fiction writer one day. She joined The Index after receiving a Prescript from a Messenger that said to leave her job at Cloud Workshop to join. She misses her colleagues at the Workshop but keeps good relations with them.

Cressie might be gentle, but she’s not naive. While she generally dislikes combat, she can fight if needed or if the Prescripts tell her to. As a new member, she sometimes mentally questions the Index’s system but does what is asked anyway. Her attitude towards the Prescripts is kind of “I’ll do what is asked, but how I do that is up to interpretation”.

Lore:

Born in the Backstreets of District 17, but worked hard enough to earn a place as a Fixer of Cloud Workshop. She liked the thrill of new jobs and was very friendly with clients and colleagues. Cressie mostly specialised in making weapons, but her fast and precise combat style (even if she generally dislikes combat) made her a reliable grade 7 Fixer. Now that she’s in the Index, she hopes to do her best in the Syndicate.
