I am a current year 12 ATAR student. I am wanting to pursue Curtin’s Bachelor of Science (Medical radiation science). I have a predicted ATAR of over 90. I did not, however, do Physics ATAR which is a prerequisite for the course. I am planning on a gap year and was wondering if I take the stand alone Curtin unit of Foundation of Physics 1006 in my gap year can I then use this plus my ATAR (providing it is over 90) to apply for the Bachelor of Science (Medical radiation science) the following year? I know you can enrol in Bachelor of Health Sciences and achieve an 80 average to then transfer but I don’t want to do it this way.
