2020 Samsung Crystal UHD TVs update isnt working and only this screen pops up
Ive tried downloading the latest firmware on a USB drive and manually inserting it in the TV but the same screen happens where it loads halfway then stops and trys to load again 3 times in a row then this blue screen pops up. Ive already unplugged it multiple times and did the hold the power button for 10 seconds thing but nothing is working. I was on the phone with customer support last night and they were no help and only brought up repairs which would cost $240 before counting tax and parts needed which isnt something I can afford right now.
The model # for the tv is: UN55TU7000FXZA
USB used: onn 32GB USB 2.0 Flashdrive that uses the FAT32 file system
Firmware downloaded on USB was Version 2730.6_2730.6_2301.1 found on https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0053845&modelCode=UN55TU7000FXZA#find-codes
If someone can please help me that would be amazing
