I recently received my ITA. In my previous work permit extension, I did not mention a past Schengen visa refusal because I misunderstood the question and thought it referred only to Canadian visa refusals, so I answered “No.”
I’ve now realized this was a mistake. The Schengen visa was a business visa, it was initially refused, but it was later approved.
I want to correct this proactively and avoid any risk of misrepresentation. What’s the best way to handle this now—LOE, webform, or both? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
