2.5 BHK in Padi, ₹30k/month, fully furnished, and there are CATS

Okay so I’m in a bit of a situation and putting this out there.
My roommate moved out and I’m left with a fully furnished 2.5 BHK that I genuinely love but can’t afford solo. It’s ₹30k/month rent, ₹1.5L deposit. Each room works out to ₹15k rent + ₹75k deposit per person, which is steep but honestly the house is worth it.

I’m open to two people sharing the second room too, if that makes the finances work better for you.
