Is it just me, or does this read more like a Comcast press release than a statement from the mayor?

I completely understand that a fiber break after storms isn’t necessarily the borough’s fault. But this feels like, “Here’s why Comcast isn’t to blame,” rather than, “Here’s what I’m doing on behalf of residents.”
