I'm starting Zoloft in a week, I know SSRI's make the trip weaker, but by how much? If I took 600 mng seeds on Zoloft, what seed amount would that feel like?

I'm curious, if I grind up the seeds to get to the meaty part and put that powder into empty pill capsules, then swallow the pills, would it still work the same? Would it be less nausea-inducing? I tried just chewing on the seeds, but threw up, so I didn't end up getting high
