I know this is probably an incredibly stupid question. But I have seen other major airports hiring consistently, and SEATAC does not have their application up right now. I was wondering if that is because it is Seattle, and because of the culture here and the benefits of keeping the job they do not hire often, or is it just "chance" that I caught them at a time of year they are not hiring? I know this is a process that can take months if not years to get through in the event of being selected, and want to make sure that I am not waiting on something that may not happen for an even longer amount of time. Thank you all for any help you can offer.

Possibly a very ridiculous question, but I ultimately am having a difficult time deciding where to put my 5k in savings (I know I don't have a lot) because I would rather go with a bank I trust or am more familiar with, but ultimately it seems like they all have lower APY. I am learning to invest much later than I would have liked to (23F). I know that around a 65/35 split of FXIAX and FZROX might be a good idea, but I don't know whether to keep with the Total Index Fund or change to doing the split. My Roth IRA is kind of a poor mix of all three right now, with the majority being FFIJX, and I am not sure continuing that is a good idea. Please let me know if you all have any suggestions
