Sued for 10 K by discover - Need help
I had a lot of things happen to me a few years back in 2022 and spiraled spending 10 k on my card and was irresponsible in paying it back and let it go … long story short i’m being sued for 10 k and need some help with steps. I make minimum wage in Location: colorado and don’t have a lot of extra money each month . My judgement needs answered by the end of july and I know I owe the debt. I am getting mixed answers on whether to file with the court now and admit my debts right away or to answer neutrally that I want more proof to hold them off a bit longer ? I know I owe it all and want to setup a payment plan with the law office but not sure what to do on the filing end before that … ! please help with how I should answer when filing. ! thank you
