Buddies Fest setlist from the private gig

Buddies Fest setlist from the private gig

Was a great show! They didn’t do an encore though, Scott said they didn’t practice enough songs for one. Stephen sung I hate to love cause Scott forgot how to do it lol

ALL Live October 5, 1998 @ The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia (Audio Only)

Unfortunately, this is the last DAT I have to upload. Hopefully I can return someday with some new audio, as preserving history from this band is one of the most important things to me. There's a bunch of Chad tapes that I know exist but whether or not those get to see the light of day is up to those who have them. Also a bit rare to see in the tapes that I've found, but they played my favorite song Birthday I.O.U in this one!

Also, I have been thinking about this since I started posting these tapes and it made me wonder how Bill feels about preservation on both the Descendents and ALL side. I can't help but feel a bit bitter that even if the represses of MGTC up to Liveage are the new 'definitive' versions to hear their catalogue, that they haven't really done much to actually incentivize to get copies of them. Not that us as fans are entitled to anything but it's really a shame that we don't see any bonus tracks, alt-mixes, or even demos in the process that it was to make these albums. I feel like this issue is even worse with ALL than it is Descendents. ALL has so many random compilation tracks that should all be compiled so that fans can listen to them on streaming or on disc, without having to buy a bunch of random CDs. Plus there's bonus tracks, everything sucks demos, and that CHUD song. I feel like so much more could be done for the fans. I can't help but feel it's somewhat a lazy effort, and that's not even going into my issue I have with them doing digipaks instead of jewel cases.

Rant aside, the last thing I have to say is, is anyone going to Buddies fest? I'll be there but I'm only really interested in seeing ALL, the members other bands, and Snodgrass. Hoping to potentially run into other ALL fans and get the chance to talk to fans of the band! Rant aside, hope you guys ENJOY!
