Do you want a letter from the fairy forest?

Dear fellow Pagans,
wouldn't it be lovely to have a handwritten letter full of stories from the fairy forest in your postbox? The fairy forest is my home somewhere hidden in the woods of Germany, where I live in a small Pagan community with some of my closest friends and my small family. I've been a witch for all of my adult life and an initiated Wiccan for over a decade. I’m an active part of a non-hierarchical coven, the wider German and European Wiccan community and Wicca is a big part of my daily life. I’m thankful everyday that I was sent on this path every day and that I get to evolve and grow with the practice and the people around me. I'm 42 now and think aging is great. I love every stage of my life even though it's not always been easy. I'm married but also queer in an invisible way.
I love everything about nature, crafting and books, run a small pagan library with my neighbours and we have a permaculture garden. For my day job, I teach. I used to travel a lot and languages were a big part of my life as well. Right now I’m more into learning about plants and whales. I also have a AuDHD and more than one chronical disease and always think I’m not doing enough.
I would love deep and long term penpalships, sharing your life stories and also hearing about your spiritual thoughts if you’d like to share them. I like to decorate my letters with stickers or drawings or bits and pieces I found in nature, but please don’t feel pressured to do that. I’m not the best in writing back within a few days but if I do then my letter usually are quite long and full of stories.
So if that sounds like something you’d be interested in, drop me a personal message. I’m only interested in snailmail exchanges though.

I'm looking forward to reading from you!

Strattera shortages in Germany

Does anyone know anything when Atomoxetin will be available again in Germany? The pharmacy said, it might be September.. Does that happen often? I really wanted to give it another try but if it's unavailable, why even bother?

Strattera for ADHD with Adrenal insufficency

I just got prescribed strattera for my ADHD, 40 mg directly. It's my first psychological medication trial. I also have adrenal insufficiency, diabetes, autism and PTSD. No depression. No abuse history, I don't even drink alcohol. I know that most who have ADHD here take the stimulants, my psychiatrist says he doesn't prescribe them.

My question: Has anyone here tried strattera successfully with adrenal insufficency? What were your side effects? I am really scared to start strattera so high because of the vomiting and nausea risks. My psychiatrist doesn't want me to start slower though, he says there's no sense in that.

Thanks for you answer!

Do you adjust your dose times when you stay up late and if so how?

I am on 10-5-5 hydrocortisone at 6,11,15.00 and I need to be very strict about those times in order to function well, especially the 6 am dose. Strict means 15 minutes time frame - if I am not, I start feeling miserable and it lasts for multiple hours. So I am usually also very strict with my bed time at 22.30.

But once a month or so, I would like to stay up later (like midnight or even 2 am) to spend time with my friends and family and then I run the high risk of sleeping through every alarm I set. I don't drink at all nor do I take any other drugs.

The thing is that I also co organise a week long festival where I will need to stay up late for multiple days. I know that this is not very sensible with Addisons but it's a life long dream and I still have a year to prepare. So I was thinking whether I should try dosing before bed when I go to bed after 2 am. Anyone tried that?

Thanks for your replies!
