I am trying to get the bluescreen and i am having no luck with retaliations, the Captain Lewis manhunt mission says that it rewards the bluescreen BP on every difficulty level, but i have completed it twice now and gotten nothing. if anyone has any tips or recommendations i would love to hear them.
