Feels like my resume is just getting ignored no matter what I change

I’ve been applying for a while now and honestly it just feels like nothing is landing.

I’ve changed my resume multiple times, tried different formats, and even used different online CV builders and AI resume tools to see if something would finally make a difference.

But the result is still the same… either instant rejections or no response at all.

It’s confusing because I do match a lot of the roles I’m applying for, especially entry level or early career stuff, so I don’t really understand what I’m doing wrong at this point.

Some people keep saying it’s ATS filters, others say it’s about how you structure your resume or how clearly you show impact, not just experience.

Right now it just feels like resumes go into a system and disappear before a human even sees them.

For people who finally started getting interviews after struggling for a while, what actually changed for you first, the resume format or the way you rewrote your experience?

Deep Sea Minerals ($SEAS) starting to align itself with the US critical minerals push

The company just finished participating as a sponsor at the EXIM Bank 2026 Annual Conference in Washington which on paper sounds boring lol but the bigger picture here matters. The whole conference was centered around the US trying to secure domestic and allied supplies of critical minerals like nickel cobalt and copper, especially with all the pressure to reduce dependence on China. Apparently EXIM is now tied into a $10B financing initiative connected to the US strategic critical minerals reserve push, and SEAS seems to be trying to position its subsea mining projects directly into that theme.

What caught my eye is that this wasn't some random mining expo but there were government officials private sector groups and discussions around the April 2025 executive order focused on speeding up domestic critical mineral capacity using EXIM financing tools. Deep Sea is basically pitching itself as a potential “secure allied supply” source for metals needed in EVs defense systems and industrial manufacturing. Honestly there just aren’t that many public companies focused on the deep sea critical minerals angle, especially ones actively trying to align themselves with US policy initiatives.
