Chimp always runs 40-50 degrees hot
My chimp has constantly been running 40+ high. I reach out to customer service and all they did was send me the manual. Does any one else run into this issue?

I started a new job a few months ago. Earlier this week my former employer reached out to out to me asking if I would do some work on contract for them. I check with my current employer and they have no issues with it, the industries and customers are different enough to avoid all overlap.
Looking into, it seems like setting up a Single Member LLC might be the best way. The work is CAD/Drafting so I was considering getting E&O insurance (I reach out for an estimate already). I would just need me working remote.
I am very familiar with the work. I left on great terms. I can work night and weekends. And the extra money would be awesome.
Would reaching out to an attorney be a good idea?
What are the things to keep an eye out for/ensure are in the contract for the work?
Any advice on this kind of contract engineering work would be great.
