I’m on a TN and my lawyer has just filed my I-485 (Adjsutment of Status). Based on that last memo, AOS should only be granted in extraordinary situations…. But based on my firm’s assessment of the situation, they believe that it will go through. The stakes are high… being rejected could possibly lead to not being eligible for a TN in the future.
Has anyone filed for AOS from a TN since the memo? How are we feeling about this?
I have been battling depression and feeling lethargic for a long time. I’ve also noticed that my libido has gone down. I’ve been on multiple different medications for mood, none of which helped me. While doing some research, I found out that low levels of testosterone can cause symptoms of depression. I decided to sign up with a TRT clinic and had my levels checked. I was shocked to find out that my testosterone level is actually high. It came back at 1130. My estradiol was high too at 52.1. I’m 41 years old, generally healthy except for my mental symptoms. I read online that it is pretty unusual to have this high level testosterone without being on replacement. Should I be concerned? Do I need to have a physical with my doctor?
I see this kind of parking every now and then. In this particular case, the owner leaves his driveway empty and parks perpendicular to the street. He/She does take up a small slice of the sidewalk too. It does make parallel parking behind his car more challenging.
So what’s the point and does the city really allow that?
