I dual booted iOS 8 on my iPhone 5 via coolbooter but Veteris won’t show up does anyone know what’s happening?

Is there anyway to downgrade a iPhone 5 on windows as I don’t have a usb flash drive for Linux and I wanna do a untethered downgrade to iOS 6
