UNABLE TO LOG ON
Hey!
Since last month I have been unable to log on sso. Everything loads just fine until the very last second I get an error and I get kicked out of the game.
The last time I was online, I was riding in the club arena when I wanted to sit on the bleachers and I got glitched into the wall, out of the arena and I was flying above the map.
Can I be banned? Is that the reason I can’t log in anymore? I mean I have been playing for 7 years and never ever done something like that. It all happened as an accident and honestly it’s their fault that there is a glitch right there.
Now, I have mailed them and its been 10 business days since I sent them the mail and I still got no response. I have sent them a video proof and explained everything and even searched a video of another player that has experienced the same glitch.
Should I be worried?? Are they still going to respond? What should I do because I can’t play now and I don’t know what’s going on.
