Do I still have a chance to make it as a musical theatre/film actress at 20?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting on here, so I don’t really know a lot about the structure of this app and hope to not offend anyone with what I’m saying.
For starters I’m a black German 20 year old.
So it has been a dream since I was 3 to perform, when a musical group performed for us in elementary school. My mom signed me up for a ballet class when I was 5, but unfortunately that was it, eventhough I loved it. Growing up I would watch a lot of movies and musicals and practice and copy their singing or dancing or even the way their lines were delivered. I soon realized that under the circumstances at home, I wouldn’t become something,so I auditioned for the voice kids Germany but I didn’t get in, I also auditioned for other kids shows (like kika which is a German kids program) but because of my location it was really hard to actually get started somewhere, and my parents weren’t really supportive. I did do quoir and theatre but only till 7-8th grade. I wanted to perform for the school competition, but my music teacher didn’t really like me.
When I was 15, I began to look for castings again, but realized that as a black girl it was almost impossible to find open castings or even get cast and local theatre groups were really hard to get into.
Over the years I started struggling with mental health and felt like this dream just wasn’t for me.
Last year I promised myself I would at least try, but again it’s almost impossible to find anything especially since I can’t really get cast or signed with lack of experience and it seems like there’s a huge lack of diversity especially the girls…
I’m now in university for business law and I’m miserable, and want to at least try to chase my dream, but I turn 21 in march 2027 and would be too old to get started. I’m auditioning to be in the Uni and local theatre, want to sign up for tap dance, and singing lessons since I’m working and may be able to afford it now.
My question is if it’s still possible to make a career out of acting and musical theatre, especially since you’d have to actually be a triple threat. And would I be able to at least reach the level where I can audition for a drama school in maybe the uk? Also is it even possible to make it as a actress in Germany when you’re black? And I don’t mean mixed because right now sira faal is getting cast a lot but I’m a monoracial black girl and she really is the only black person right now who gets cast… I could post my singing, acting or dancing level if needed so an honest answer would be given…
