So, never dropped or bumped my R1...
Was correcting the orientation of the ring on my finger and felt something catching my skin. Took it off and noticed this.
Somehow, in my daily wear, it looks like one of the sensor 'seals' has cracked (top glass in the attached picture). I have not abused it any way shape or form. I DO wear it while washing my hands (as the manual says I can). I haven't even dropped it on the floor or table. Despite that, it has still cracked.
I don't care for it's health tracking feature, BUT what I do care about is keeping its waterproofing to keep it functioning properly as a control.... And from blowing up on my finger.
So I have 2 questions for those who had this happen to them as well.
what is Even Reality's policy on this?
should I just seal it with crazy glue and carry on?
Since I noticed this today, I will be careful not to continue washing my hands with the ring on till I either seal it, or get word about how to handle the situation.
