Hello everyone,

I’ve always wondered how people actually get hired by multinational companies. I know applications can be submitted through official company websites, but personally I’ve rarely met someone who got recruited through that process. Could anyone share their experience or explain how recruitment usually works in practice?

I also have a second question: do multinational companies actively recruit statisticians and mathematicians, not necessarily as data analysts, at the local level, or are most major analytical activities centralized within the parent company?
