Just got my car back from service after 2 months, they didn’t fix the problem. Now what?

I have two polestar 3s. First one is leased. It’s had the GHCA replace 4 times. It’s been in service for months in total. I had purchased a second polstar 3. It’s been in service 2 out of my 3 months of ownership. Ive had rental cars for the past two months in which polestar is covering.

They are now telling me they will no longer reimburse me for my fuel, after I’ve saved my receipts for the past two months of driving. How on earth so they think they can force me to pay for gas when I own an EV vehicle? I pay $1100 for my polestar 3 per month (canada). Im sitting here paying that amount to drive around rental cars and paying for gas.

After receiving my car yesterday, I rushed back to work for a meeting. When I finished I went over to my car and relaxed the door handle that wasn’t working since I took delivery and was supposedly fixed did not in fact work. My Active noise control which they supposedly fixed was indeed not working. All of this after 2 months of being in service for these issues.

I think I have to lawyer up at this point but I’m open to suggestions.

No real curve to my ST segment

This seems somewhat different than readings from my past. What is this all about?

New vehicle financed thought Personal Real Estate Corp… problem

Dealership had the ownership (and had a RIN # created with ONLY my PREC on ownership. I personally co-signed the purchase as well. I just realized that the vehicle should have both ny PREC name and personal name on there but it does not.

I approached service ontario to correct it and they said it will trigger a new sale and I’ll have ti pay sales tax again. Im not changing anything, im simply correcting the ownership to include my personal name in there as i am also a purchaser on the vehicle, and it is on my credit bureau.

They wont budge and im out of ideas. If I cant attach my personal name, as it should be, i will have to get commercial insurance.

Help needed!
