So inhumane

Im juat curious if anyone else has this problem. I work in the pick up department and a few of us have gotten in trouble for drinking water in the backroom instead of immediately going to shop another trolley. I have heard our lead tell someone to stop drinking so much water so she didnt have to go to the bathroom. And I once asked to take a break ( 10 mins I never take a break because when I was a csm I wasnt allowed) but I asked because my blood sugar was low due to a medication I take and was gonna pass out, my lead rolled her eyes and was like "I mean I guess you can" I quickly at something in r mins to get back to the floor. This is a huge problem at the store I work at. And thats just the problem that I know is a huge violation of just human rights. We shouldnt have to feel afraid to be a living human. But does anyone else have this problem?
