exocad DentalCAD 3.3 - Dongle activation failed, license error
Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with exocad DentalCAD version 3.3 Chemnitz (build 9512). The software is showing a "License Error" saying "Dongle activation for this software version has failed." I've checked that my internet connection is working and there's no firewall blocking access, but the error keeps appearing. The "Check for updates" button also fails with "Failed to contact update server." I have the serial number and support QR code ready if anyone needs more details to help troubleshoot. Has anyone run into this before, or know what might be causing it?
