What to do with furniture and a mattress? UK to EU

I'm moving countries next year and have started thinking about how to handle this as easily as possible. When I came to the UK, I had just two suitcases, so it was easy, but now, I've got the following:

Bedroom

  • IKEA wardrobe
  • two shelves
  • mirror
  • king size mattress
  • office chair
  • monitor - 28 inch

Kitchen

  • kitchen utensils
  • air fryer
  • rice cooker
  • slow cooker
  • kettle
  • frying pans
  • pots

Obviously, I don't want to take everything with me, but I'm not sure how to figure out the logistics of selling the items; like, when do I sell and through what?

Sadly, landlord said he's not willing to buy back the stuff from me, which is a shame given the room will be literally unfurnished when I leave.

I can take about 200kg with me for GBP 400, so I want to take the most expensive stuff with me. I considered posting items through UPS but I can't count the number of times they've damaged a parcel, especially if it weighs around 20kg, let alone all the customs paperwork.

How would you go about it?
