The masc looking character is a police detective. The femme one’s character debunks paranormal stuff. Anyway, they team up to subtly gay-ly solve a crime.

Thai tidbit about the word shia:

Shia can also be translated as damn or fuck. It comes from the word hia which is the name of a lizard. The Asian water monitor lizard to be exact. This lizard is considered dirty or unlucky. (I wonder if all lizards get dissed in Thailand. That’s a topic for another time.) Shia is less vulgar than hia.

I wondered if shia was an English/Thai combination of shit and hia but it’s not. It can also be spelled chea. Anyway.
