(Not so) Fun facts about Bangkok's weather. See pic 2 for a depressing graph. Summary - pretty awful. It doesn't vary too much temperature wise because of its proximity to the equator, but the humidity and rainfall do. The humidity is horrific. Bangkok’s humidity level can reach 80%! Compared to Denver’s summer humidity which is 55% max. Length of days only vary slightly. The longest days are 13 hours and the shortest 11:19.

The "seasonal" breakdown can be classified as essentially not having seasons. We'll divide in into three seasons: Cool and Dry, Hot, and Rainy. I'll stop putting things in quotation marks.

Cool and Dry Season (Nov - Feb): It's cooler and dryer obviously. Average low temp is 71F/22C (brrrr) and average high is 90F/32C. December is usually the coolest month. Understandably, this is peak tourist season.

Hot Season (Mar - May): High temps often exceed 95F/35F. The humidity could make it feel like 105F/40C.
April is usually the hottest month.

Rainy Season (May - Oct): Oppressive heat, humidity and frequent downpours characterize these months. September is historically the rainiest month.

Bangkok Rainfall (Not So) Fun facts:
The southwest monsoon starts in May and the amount of rain spikes dramatically. September is the peak of the rainy season with average amounts up to 13.5 inches/.34 meters. This is prime time for flooding. The amount of rain plummets starting in November. December and January each get less than .5 inches/.013889 cms of rain.

Bhat coins feature the King on one side (either Rama IX or Rama X depending on the age of the coin) and Buddhist temples on the other. All the temples are in Bangkok.
