Wanted to transfer Axis points to qantas to book emirates flight but the transfer failed twice. Axis name is same as aadhar but qantas name is as passport (given name plus surname).
Any work around and I assume this will be the case for all airline partners right so how does one transfer? If i keep the name same as aadhar on qantas, will I be able to change my name when making a booking?

Qatar Airways Avios: 1,00,000 pts
Axis M4B EDGE RP: 2,98,000 (Both groups)
Axis Atlas EM: 21,000 (Group B only)

Edit: travel during the month of May, between 10th and be back by 28th
