This might be a dumb question, but it’s been stuck in my head. 😄 Ethanol-blended petrol (E10/E20) sits in underground tanks at petrol pumps for days or even weeks.
Since ethanol is heavier than petrol, does it slowly settle at the bottom over time, or does it stay perfectly mixed forever? Also, if water somehow gets into the tank and an ethanol-water layer forms at the bottom, is there any chance customers could accidentally get that layer while refuelling? Curious about the chemistry behind this.

Looks like it says expansion of terminal and not the new building. In any case with all other civil work is 30cr enough?
